How about giving new and improved cyber operations powers to allow Canada’s spy agency CSIS to influence foreign elections, spread misinformation or block news online, remotely take down would-be whistleblowers’ files, and stockpile even more malware and hacking tools and gather large amounts of Canadian data while they’re at it!
