 Conservatives won\u2019t be taking advice from \u201cso-called experts\u201d when it comes to carbon pricing, the party said in a statement Wednesday after more than 200 economists signed an open letter challenging leader Pierre Poilievre\u2019s stance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead, the party is pledging to listen to the \u201ccommon sense of the common people.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCommon sense Conservatives will listen the common sense of the common people, not Justin Trudeau\u2019s so-called \u2018experts,’\u201d Sebastian Skamski, a spokesperson for Poilievre, said in a statement Wednesday. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
