Energy and Natural Resources Minister Jonathan Wilkinson was in Paris last week to mark the 50th anniversary of the International Energy Agency (IEA)but he spent most of his time thinking about how Canada\u2019s presence would look different if Pierre Poilievre and the Conservatives were in charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
