Commissioner&nbsp;of Canada<\/strong>, in charge of overseeing privacy laws in Canada, has no enforcement power to punish them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Privacy Commissioner of Canada<\/strong> has no power to penalize anyone for proven privacy violations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Privacy laws are useless if they can\u2019t be
